"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

This has been staring me in the face for awhile, and I didn't realize it until the other day. This is hands down the easiest telltale of a damaged woman, because they'll be open to anyone about this.

Now we all think about our past and at times have a moment where we think "if I could only go back," but that's not what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about here is the women who are still obsessed with their high-school lives long after graduating. They still behave with the clique bulls**t mentalities, still think they're better than the people they knew, and are trying so hard to continue living this past that's behind them.

Every year around this time they whine online and in person about prom. "Oh if I could only go back to high-school when everything was perfect.....if I could just have one more day, I'd go back to prom." We all know prom was something the most shallow people made a big deal about, and the chick saying this s**t was of course one of them. They're typically the ones who went with some guy they didn't even like who could afford a limo rental, a douche that she went out with for 3 weeks that she was "super in love with" that she dumped the next day, or went by their self and hit on every guy they could. They act like they'd do things differently, but they wouldn't, because they can't chance the way they are.

I thought until recently that this was only a thing women 30s+ did, but there are so many young girls doing this now. You'll have these young girls who just graduated a year or two back talking about the "good old days" when they're still in what's arguably the best years of their lives. It's just sad either way.

These were the chicks who behaved like b**ches in high-school, were always having little dramas with "friends," and while they pretended not to be they always appeared miserable deep down. This obsession shows how they haven't grown up, are stuck in the past, are damaged and obviously shallow. It's easy to spot this kind of behavior, and hopefully this will help some of you fellas steer clear of these types.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Women like that are never wrong. Every problem in their live was caused by someone else, and they'll flip around the way things happened so they're always right.

I was getting lunch today, and saw a perfect example of this. This chick around 23-25 was working, and she was sitting there the whole time whining to the younger chicks about high-school. All of the women there were atleast 20, the one chick kept talking about prom and graduation, how she wishes she could go back, and was making her obsession with her high-school life obvious. Meanwhile the other girls made small comments about high-school, but you could tell the past was behind them. The chick who was whining about everything then started looking at her prom pictures on her phone and was showing the other chicks  Showing off pictures that were atleast 5+ years old like they just happened

It was really interesting to see all of that, because it really put things in perspective. The insecurities and obsession was so obvious on her, and the other chicks who were normal and stable didn't care.

Just thought I'd share.

You just have to listen to what she can have a conversation about. If all she can do is talk about other people or talk about things she wants then walk away, no run!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
