I am cleaning up a few projects for my web development company. Okay lol, I have this one project that has been a thorn in the side of the company for like 2 months now. It's clear as day, the programmer has no ****ing clue what he is doing, and this is not a small job, at all. This is one my team would have an issue with, not an issue but you get what i mean, it's not easy to do. And he hired one person to do it and hired us to do one part of the job but we can't do our one part, utnil the other programmer does his thing, which he obviously doesn't know how to do.

Today I am talking to the client, I say look **** it, send me the programmers skype, i'm going to talk to him myself and see what the **** is going on. gives me the skype, I add it to skype, this smoking hot brunette comes on the screen and it took me all of 10 seconds to figure out why he won't drop her as a programmer lol. I mean, really good looking gal. But apprant within 5 minutes, she didn't have the skillset to do this job. dude has paid her about 4 grand for a job she has no idea of doing. She said lol, yes paul has wanted me to work with him on a project for a while lol, I bet he has.
