This pretty much shows how the right communication and marketing can manipulate young women.
Of course the experiment is on teenage girls but Im sure the same dynamics apply to older ones, a good presentation of yourself (see the facebook profile of a young pretty boy with an interesting story) and basic common sense goes away from them.
Think of the good looking guy with a good social proof that manage to get girls to do senseless things.
Before someone asks "how is this related to dating", let me remind everyone that the knowledge of social dynamics and and interactions work is the base of any attempt to get and maintain a girl.
