The County Recorder's Office?

Ok, I have tried the internet, my family, and the operator, and still cannot find out information regarding the whereabouts of this building.

FYI, I live in Windsor, Ontario, just in case it is different here.

There does not seem to be anything regarding property records.

Any ideas?

I am not in Canada, but I am assuming that you are seeking an office that is a unit of local government? Start calling government offices and someone will be able to refer you. Here in the US, property records are maintained by the county government. The office is often merged with the one that collects and assesses property taxes. Good luck.
