Has anyone else encountered this?

Seems to me that 90% of managers today are unmarried, short haired, 40-something, single women. I found this both in North America and over here in China. They band together and hire other un-married feminist women and before you know it, the workplace is overflowing with bitter angry women and their mangina counterparts. Not only are these women bitter but they seem to be more concerned with their titles in the company than actually doing any real managing. I hear more "don't question me" , "because I say so" and "I'm the manager you should trust me" coming out of their mouth's then actual logic... its usually shaming of some type and a performance review to follow (if you're a man). The girls that are married or in a stable relationship seem to get fired or mysteriously have complaints lodged against them by their co-workers after a few months, only to be replaced by more short haired femi-gnomes.

I had thought I would be leaving this behind in the West until I met the manager... this has happened to me now on several different occasions.

In China its rare to see these types of women but they seem to gravitate to management positions or places that they can be in power over men/children.

There were some in my work place too, usually average to ugly girls who moved west to study and then come back to "preach" what they call equality.
Those who are not lucky enough become teachers so they can play the bully with kids who are unable to hold their ground, they are the female version of male
sociopaths except that unlike men who join the police and face armed criminals, they make sure to face helpless victims like the children.

Im sure they chose the power way to compensate and feed their ego since they get nothing from men in terms of validation and approval.
Once they meet their counterparts in wester europe a new world open to them.

Thankfully both the national boss and the regional one are old single men banging 20yrs old something girls and once those second class women mess too much are usually moved to crappy jobs till they leave.

I had to study many pages full of crap regarding diversity management and such, those pages could have be summed to "if you are a white straight male you're surely mistreating women,minorities and homosexuals at work therefore you should be fired for your own good".

Anyway in those cases I strongly suggest to never start a feud with them, they can play the lawyer card right after the sex card.
The best thing to do is just find a balance where you dont piss them off while you make sure they dont get too ****y, its a momentary thing since
they usually screw up and get moved or resign, in this economical crysis no company has money to waste on useless baggage.

Anyway regarding this "women of power" (lol women of power), most of them would be nothing without the government and the law enforing their authoritiy, you know it, they know it...thats why all that "Im the boss stuff".

A man of power say "if you fire me this company will be nothing" while a woman of power usually say "if you fire me my lawyer will make sure this company will be nothing".

My suggestion in this case is to avoid starting feuds with them, they can play the sex card and right after the lawyer one.
The best thing to do is dont piss them off while at the same time dont allow them to get too ****y, they usually screw up and are moved or forced to resign, in
this crappy economy no company can afford useless baggage.

I had a boss who was what you described. A 40 year old over the hill, rubenesque "religious" super b1tch. She was all about yelling and belittling people and would call people over by saying "hey whats your face, come here"
My female coworkers hated her too and blamed her b1tchiness for the lack of d1cks in her life and the fact that noone wanted her when she was younger. Now that she was 40, her prospects for marriage had dimmed and she would often tell female coworkers she didn't need a man. No, we didn't need her!

The best male boss is much better than the best female boss.

But I had my share of not the best male bosses and I was grateful for a better female boss. At least they are not jealous of me, don't want me to submit, and don't feel challenged by me, just by being bigger or more attractive.

Being a leader takes masculine traits (that's how masculinity evolved) but some female bosses only adopt/mimic the worst traits....arrogance, azzholeness, ego.
So you have an ahole with vagina.

I welcome feminization of CEOs....if I break my principles and want an advantage through bed....well better to lick a pvssy than to suck a d11ck.
