Two additions - both of them classics in which I found deep truths, tactics and strategies about women and how to handle them...
The first is a Russian classic - Ivan Gontcharov (the one who wrote Oblomov) - it is called "A simple history" or "An usual history". Amazon doesnt have it right now.
Story of an AFC guy and his DJ uncle trying to instill his knowledge into his miserable nephew. Count Lev Tolstoy said about this book that it is "a manual about how to deal with women and therefore a must-read".
Second is "On love" by french classic Stendhal (who wrote The Red and the Black and other).
Intricate, philosophical musings on the workings of the female psyche. Not an easy read, deep, but

Would it be possible for you to outline how you went about learning all this stuff and testing it out? I think that a problem with lots of guys (me included) is that there is so much information out there that it becomes a bit overwhelming in terms of what to focus on and what to ignore.
Furthermore, it is important to avoid ending up in a situation where a person knows the material cold, yet cannot apply it to any real life situations. And I think the best way to make sure this does not happen is to actually put each new thing into a field test before including it in your overall approach or getting rid of it.
For example, I have much better success when I call a girl within 3 days and if I wait a week like Doc Love suggests, I usually feel like the rapport has been broken and I've got to rebuild it. Therefore, no matter how much Doc Love or anyone will push the "wait a week" technique on me, I'll *know* that it does not work for me.
Therefore, when you began studying all this material, did you set a certain routine for yourself, for example, learning 5 new strategies per month and testing them out and evaluating them, before embracing them or Nexting them?

Casanova's memoirs are good, but why did he have to drag them on like that? It takes months to read it. lol Nicon is to be read after Casanova.
Art of seduction is not that good IMHO. It contains most of the tricks from DJ bible, they just have a different name. Plus Greene does not tell you what to actually do. He just gives countless examples.

Wayne Ross is crap. He was sadly my introduction to the seduction community online, so I didn't know any better and bought the book and returned it after a few weeks. The only good thing I got from him was a link to this website called sosuave.com in one of his newsletters.
Some good tidbits here and there, but useless as a complete package and he presents the material like he is transmitting the esoteric teachings of an ancient cult or something.

Social Coward's is one of the best books on getting women I have ever read. It is especially good for the nice/shy guys who find it hard to face rejection.
The primary ideas in the book are adopting the non-verbal behaviours and attitudes of a dominant male. He also gives a very good explanation of the different stages involved in a seduction, from catching her eye through to first kiss through to screwing her.
There are some excellent conversation tips, and advice on how to escalate relationships and flirt.
You are also entitled to unlimited e-mail advice from Mike and he responds to most e-mails.
I would recommend it highly.

This book has a heavy emphasis on NLP, (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) as the author has a major in phychology or something. There are multiple exercises that use self-hypnosis to help change the reader's way of thinking and overcome fear of approching women. He also has some clever playa tips, like the "Hook and Shut Up Technique," a way of opening that peak's the target's curiosity. There's interviews with successful players, women that add in their thoughts along the way, a well-done field report, and other good stuff. The official website is seductionscience.com.

Seduction books are a lot like horroscopes in my opinion. Their effectiveness is entirely dependent on your faith and your actions. Most of what you read in them is total sh*t; their only purpose is to give you optimism, confidence and to motivate you to act.
A lot of these books only guarantee success if you approach lots of women. So let's say you go and approach 20 women. You just increased your odds by 20, so of course you're going to have more success than normal, regardless of what techniques and strategies you have learned.
I doubt these books will help you win over a particular person, or win back an ex- or create attraction, because they don't work! Why do you think you're always being told to "NEXT" when there's low IL? It's because there is no hope of these techniques working!
These books have one route to success - to motivate you to increase your own odds of finding the women who are attracted to you, rather than seducing women who aren't.
If you judge "success" on a rejection/success ratio, you'll realise that you're just being taught how to fail and get used to it.
Would you buy anything that offered you a mere 5% success rate? Would you buy a soap that offered a 5% chance of getting you clean, an alarm clock that only worked 5% of the time or a car that wouldn't start 95% of the time you needed it?
And yet these seduction books offer the average guy less than 1 chance of success in 20 approaches. 1/20 = 5% success rate and 95% failure rate!!!!
Accuse me of being cynical or trying to dishearten everyone, but I'm just being a realist and pointing out a very obvious flaw in this material and the deviousness of these seducers/scam artists.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Holy ****, you guys spend money on this stuff?
Oh, not only that, but you'd be surprised by how much they spend on it. In fact, it would be easy to make a living teaching some nerds to try to get models in bed.
Here's how it works: first, you start off with something free, like a website or newsletter. Let's go with a newsletter. You get guys to sign up for it by promising that it will revolutionalize their lives, since there's information there that they can't get anywhere else (reason: you just pull it all out of your ass).
The newsletter itself is at least 50% advertising for your book or ebook. The rest is just wild speculation about the nature of women, how they want this or that, etc. You can sell an ebook for about $50, as opposed to a real book, which usually can't sell for over $25, but in either case, you're still making money.
In the ebook you put some more crazy theories about women, but also include a half-assed explanation of the gimmick you use to sell the book (i.e., '****y and funny'). Use lots of bulleted lists and large font in order to make your ebook look like it has more content than it really does. Some guys will read it and apply the concepts in it, and have success due to increased confidence (even if it comes from a skill that's essentially BS). Most, however, will just assume that they don't "get it" when they fail to have an epiphany that makes them talk to women more often.
That's when they go back to your website and buy the DVDs, audio CDs, or other material that you advertise (just in case, you know, even though the ebook is guaranteed to work). You can sell that for $300.
After that, you can keep stringing your 'students' along by paying, oh, maybe $150 for seminars. Be sure to include special guests at each seminar, so that students will feel like they should go to each one.
So, the total cost should be about $500 per student. Keep in mind, you don't actually have to know anything about women for this to make you money. Just claim that through extensive research, you had a revelation about how to interact with women, and it inspired you to develop (insert gimmick here). They'll eat it up.
The best part is this: what system have I just described? You can't tell! It could be "Double Your Dating", "How to Succeed With Women", or "The System". That's just the ones I know about, too.

To answer to the previous couple of posts; if you are not willing to change your approach, how can you change your results? You can approach dealing with women/people the same way that hasn't worked, chances are that you'll get the same unsatifactory results.
With your explanations that just approaching is all it takes, there would be no need to even visit this website either. Just like anything else, it is a skill. Yes people spend money on all kinds of stuff. Believe it or not, men have been known to spend a lot of money on gadgets like video games, computer games, fancy phones, fast foods, etc. etc.
It comes down to how good you want to get? Are you satisfied with your current results? Maybe, so then you probably don't see the value. Just like I don't see the value in spending my money on cheeseburgers, or video games. You get my drift here?
There are A LOT of guy/men who need work. They are the ones who would benefit more. It is about skill. Have you seen some of these PUA in action? Some of the are pretty good, and most of them were at one time major AFC's. Fastseduction.com has several of them.
