"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

welcome to my world
I'm posting this in tips, but it is actually related to this thread that interested/helped me recently with some trouble with my cold approaches: http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=74930

Although the above thread was more about the uselessness of #closing (which I now understand), this tip is more about why you shouldn't just close a girl simply because they are hot; the other topic in the thread, which equally interested me.

I spoke with my uncle about it. He met his wife through a cold approach years ago at a restaurant. Anyway, he had an analogy that helped me out, which puts a new perspective on what TonyTheTigerOI wrote:

My uncle holds a fairly top position at a large company, and therefore, a lot of his analogies have a business ‘spin’ to them. I don’t think this should be a problem since it’s often drilled on this site to “always assume the sale,” and other such business phrases.

The CEO Perspective:

Think of yourself as the CEO/owner of a company. You are the company, so you run yourself, and as the CEO/owner you must have a business plan; where you want your company to be in 5-10 years, financially, your location, etc. You get what I'm saying? Use your imagination and think about how a person such as yourself can be represented as a company…you have goals, ideals, and a distinct personality as companies also have objectives, a mission, and a niche way of conducting their business.

From now on, you must view every new girl you meet as a potential prospect to merge with your company. What goals, ideals, and type of personality does the girl have? Is her company congruent with yours? If so, what kind of future would you project if you were to merge with her? Would it benefit your company? More specifically, what subsidiaries (aspects of your life) would benefit/hurt by hooking up with her? Would it be bad in the short term and better in the long term…or vice versa? (for example, when considering from a ONS to a long-term relationship)

Sure, you can’t run through this analysis within the first moments you meet the girl, but once you grasp this way of thinking, you will always be qualifying her as a ‘merger with your company,’ and therefore, you will be thinking of yourself first and foremost. This analogy can be extended very extensively, but you can also keep it as simple as you would like. The more complicated you make it, the more seriously you are considering this girl to become a part of your life, to ‘merge’ with your company; in effect, this is an even more helpful perspective when thinking of marriage. In essence, you just don’t want to be blinded by a girl’s beauty and not see her flaws, which could lead to trouble down the road.

I did not invent any of this. My uncle verbally told me, and I wrote it down. In fact, I am nowhere near considering relationships yet, but as far as approaches go, I will be more selective in the women I try to close…not approach, but close, because I will continue to approach as long as they are hot. It is all about ‘clicking’ and chemistry after the approach.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

That could work if you're looking for a relationship. If you're looking for some weekend fun, and she's 5'7, C Cup and a size 1, as long as shes got the booty and a face you can at least stand....get the # and hit it
