"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've seen countless race threads on forums like sosuave and bodybuilding.com, and there is always a common theme to them...

A non-white guy complains about how he can't get girls because he has a different skin color (usually asian or indian guys). Now, there is such a simple answer to every one of these threads it blows my mind that I never see anyone say it to these OPs:

Try dating inside your own race

Now, I'm not saying, "Don't be stealin my white girls" like that one thread did about how it pissed that guy off when blacks dated whites. No. Rather, I'm saying that you guys expect white girls and girls of lighter skin to like you as much as girls of your own race. This just isn't going to happen. You will have much more success if you date within your race.

People usually date and get married to people of their own race. This is a fact. Besides the studies that have been done you can see this just by going out in public and observing couples. Whites tend to date whites, latinos tend to date latinos, arabs tend to date arabs, asians tend to date asians, etc. Why is this? It's because they are most comfortable with people of their own race and they can relate to them the most.

It usually has nothing to do with racism. It's just the way we were raised. It's what we are accustomed to. And also, people tend to like partners that have similar qualities to their mother or father. (If you're full asian, then chances are your parents are asian...) You can't blame it on racism, unless you want to take the stance that pretty much everyone in the world is racist; because the majority of people end up marrying within their race.

I myself have the most trouble with asian girls. (I am Argentinian and European, so I look white). Why is this? Well, it's because of everything I said above and because asian girls are very cliquey and tend to not socialize with people outside of their race. They hang out in large groups of purely asians. Are they racist? No. They just aren't used to being hit on by white guys. And if they did date me there would be dissaproval from family and friends, which might make it awkward for them. Which leads me to my next point.

Besides purely the color of your skin, there is the social factor. In America, why is it more common to see black guys banging white girls than indian guys banging white girls? It's because there are more blacks in America than indian guys. White girls see them more often, they hang out with them more often, they are more comfortable with them, and they are more integrated into American society than indian guys are. Blacks, hispanics and whites mix with each other more than any other races in America. This is because blacks, hispanics and whites make up the majority of the US population. So it does extend beyond the fact that visually we tend to prefer a person of our own skin color.

So the bottom line is, don't complain about girls not liking you if you are trying to date outside of your race.

I would love to be able to date middle eastern girls with ease (there are a lot where I live). But it's a lot harder for me to date them than a middle eastern guy. And I wish there was more integration than there was, but there just isn't. I see a lot of people dating outside of their race, but it's still less common than dating within your race. If you want a girl that is outside of your race then go for it! I encourage everyone to set the bar high. But I also want people to understand the reality before they go out there. People just need to understand that it's going to be harder to date someone outside of your race. It takes more work. So when I said, "try dating inside your own race" I wasn't saying, "stay away from my women;" I was saying that you wouldn't be complaining about being able to get girls if you tried doing that. Remember, you can get girls. She might not be in your preffered race, but you can get girls.

Hopefully we can keep this thread on topic. And if I didn't make it clear in my post let me state it again: This is not a racist thread. This is simply a no BS post where I state reality as it is. I'm not sugarcoating it for anyone. Let's see who actually took the time to read my post, and who immediately assumes this is another racist thread.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yeah, no sounds about right.

Like I said in the other thread about race--just because it's harder for some to get what they want doesn't mean they have to change what they like.

Using the other thread as an example, about an indian dude who likes white girls and not indian girls--is he supposed to change his tastes because it's harder for him to get a white girl than it is for a white guy? absolutely not. you can't help who you like, and you won't be happy in your love life until you get the girl you want

While I agree it's no doubt easier to date within your race obviously, and if a girl chose between two guys of the same quality, one her race, the other a different race, she'd probably pick the one within her race 9 times out of 10, that doesn't mean we must accept our fate and only date our own.

We all have things to overcome, some guys are short and there are just women out there who will not date short men

we all have something physically or within our personalities that automatically closes some girls off, the key is finding girls who are into you.

so yes, that indian dude no doubt would be more successful dating indian girls, but that's not what he wants. he just has to keep looking until he finds a white girl who doesn't have racial bias and that's that.

dating within your own race because you feel it's easier, even though you'd prefer other ethnicities is a defeatist mentality
