"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

No I'm not talking about asking a girl to marry me. It's a little bit of a long story so I'll sum it up best as I can.Basically I added this hot girl I met a while ago on facebook. I messaged her and she was holding a good conversation, asking question and everything. She asked if I still hungout with the people she met me through,(one of which was her boyfriend at the time) I said no.She was telling me about her and her ex breaking up and how they completely quit talking. We started talking about how we go to the same college and she said next semester we should meet up and walk around between classes. I said sure. I told her I'd let her know tomorrow when I signed up for my classes what time they were. She read the message and never messaged back. Then I sent her another message saying I'm not signing up for my classes till this weekend and I'll let you know. I don't get on here much so just text me sometime and gave her my number, she said "awe okay, I don't get on her much either" gave me her number and said "talk to you later!" Should I wait for her to text me or should I text her first? And if I do text her, how long should I wait? It's already been 2 days

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

First off, kudos for doing a few things right so far:

1. Started a convo and held it up - very good
2. Made sure she had zero communication with the ex - always make sure the ex isn't around, good for you
3. Waiting for her to suggest a future activity - if she's saying she wants to walk around with u on campus, it's a very good indicator of her interest
4. You got her number - granted, the way you got it was weak (ALWAYS ask a girl for HER number, it shows confidence vs you giving her yours) but at least you got it.

So, what do you do now? Simple: assuming you just met her on facebook and haven't met her before, call her up and ask if she'd like to meet up for a date. I prefer a bookstore with a coffee shop in it - it allows you to sit and talk with a girl and then walk around and see books with her (i.e. what her interest are) without spending more than 10 bucks.

Until you plan on asking her to do something with you, DO NOT CALL, MESSAGE OR TEXT HER. I can't stress this enough. When you're not in her presence she needs to be missing you and wondering when you will hit her up again. This helps build up interest. If you're constantly texting her when you're not around, she'll think you are too available and it will LOWER interest.

So far so good though, best of luck!

I get the impression she is trying to get to her ex and using you as a vehicle

Yeah we've met before at a party, I understand where you're coming from with the number. I just assumed if she really wanted to talk she'd text me but I guess she wants me to text her? so you think that since she told me her and her ex are through and she gave me her number she is interested?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
