Every find yourself sitting in the bus or on the train, or just hanging out some where, going out for lunch and you want to talk to a girl thats right accross from you or in the same place, but you feel it just isnt the right situation.......
Try this....

spot the girl, make eye contact, smile and then come up to her right away, as if shes a some one you know, because you do know her dont you?

walk up to her and ask her if shes, lets say Jennifer..... she will reply "no sorry im not jennifer"

then say "sorry but you look like this beautiful girl that I know from ______"

Pick up the convo from there...........
