The Arrogant/Jerk type

In your opinions: Do you need to be a pretty-boy to pull of the arrogant/jerkish attitude, and have massive success? I'm an *average* looking dude, and didn't have much luck with this.. Whereas a pretty-boy friend of mine gets large success.

What are your takes on this

I look like a mongrel and it has worked for me. Iv'e use it on first contact to take women off their pedistals. So that they know, that I'm different.

too short's main goal is to pimp his records. I do not take my advice from fiction books or songs. reality is my teacher.
I realize too short may of been in the game. but his concern is getting his doe from his albums or cd's.

this is an example of when you spend too much time listening to one voice. you get one opinion and one way.

Our desire should be to get inside the minds of women we want and exert enough leverage through the use of pleasure to move it (and their body) in the direction we wish to take them.

this is a fact that I forget at times. In my game I've been smooth, I've been hard, I've done the ****y and funny thang and many other things.

I keep telling my homies that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

Our challenge is to learn to be smooth as silk in our dealings with women. Pleasureable to touch and missed when taken away.

be VERY careful with the Arrogantthingy.. I can be pretty damn arrogant (And no i'm the REAL arrogant it's not an act I can actually be VERY arrogant towards people I don't know) and it has gotten me smacked by a girl before so watch it...

I completely agree with this. Why would any woman, or anybody at all, want to spend time with a person who makes them feel inferior? People want to spend time with someone they can communicate with on an equal level and someone who they feel comfortable with.

And yes, I'm sure arrogance will also get you slapped, insulted or completely reduced, because there are a lot of people (myself included) who take great pleasure bringing such people back down to earth.

I'd say yes, if you are a pretty boy and an arrogant jerk, you probably will have more success than if you are average and an arrogant jerk.

Women respond to looks and they respond to jerks, add them together and, to paraphrase Max in 'Hart to Hart': 'It's moider!!'

But why should you care? That isn't the way of the DJ!

Women DO NOT WANT arrogant jerks! They only go for them because 9 times out of 10 the only alternative is a dull, sexless AFC.

Girls DONT LIKE JERKS!! Sure u might get the insecure, sl*ts, but any decent woman will tell u to fukc off!!

Of course sometimes u can be a jerk, but not just walk around arrogant and be a jerk to her as soon as u meet.

oh and arrogant jerk...well my friend is one, even towards his friends. it's a shame he doesnt realize it. he's mad AFC to every girl he meets, tiss a shame. AFC to girls, arrogant jerk to friends, suck up to strangers. but i think deep down he's pretty insecure. he's not good looking

Here's my theory:

Women aren't attracted to arrogant jerks because they're jerks, it's just that they don't give a damn about rejection or causing offence, so they're more forward with women than nice guys and are thus always seen getting the women.

i dont think it's so much of being a jerk, but just showing that your are comfortable around the female of the species. After all, they aint nothing special, they sh!t in the same pot that i do.

like dirtheart says, it's because they seem to have it together, they seem to know what they want, and they know how to go about gettin it. Not because in their mind they say: oh, this guy's being a pric, i wanna bone him hardcore

This is my secret, i treat all girls exactly the same way, as if they were my sister, but with privileges of course

It may sound sick, but when i get in this mind frame, for some reason i feel much more comfortable around a girl i just met, and i can let myself go. It's easier to be CF, and to tease them, and when i get in this mind frame, they feel more comfortable around me too.

i'm trying out the whole arrogance/jerk/self-centered pretty boy thing just now.

just so i'm clear though, pretty boy's are betting at becoming jerks? don't get that. i thought the masculine types would be more suited since they're naturals at it.
