First of all Happy New Year!
Im not a DJ master but I found a good method of showing that you have balls while maintaining some sort of a suave image.
The Location
So last night I took my girl to a formal party, and our parents came - both our parents are lax and get smashed anway so it didnt matter. There was also a concert we went to - classical music, but it was fun zoning out from that and flirting in a box seat with my girlfriend. Our parents were sitting a few rows infront of us.
The Situation
Now this dude comes up to us and says 'If I buy you candy, will you shut the hell up?' I thought he was being lighthearted, so I laughed but he had an anger problem. My girlfriend was upset so I had 3 options:
-Say sorry and sit in silence (be a ***** and have no balls)
-Threaten the guy/violence (could ruin the night/loose suaveness)
-Take a cool approach and make him feel intimidated (007 Feel)
I took option 3, and within hearing distance of the parents and my girlfriend I took this guy down. I just used bigger words than he did and made him feel so much smaller. Why shout at him?, shows him that you are affected that much. When his head looked like it was about to explode, I decided to top it off by offering him some candy - mocking what he had said to us. Sure I would usually beat the sh1t out of someone that says that to me but with security hanging around things could turn bad.
The Results!
-Immediatly my girlfriend thanked me so much and kissed me, but with alot of passion.
-Her mother and my girl agreed it was a really manly thing to do.
-Her dad, who is a hardcore lawyer complimented me as he was listening to my attack. (If I had threatened him with violence, i would have been 'liable', lol, i love lawyers)
And afterwards we danced for a few hours, drank champagne and had a great time - the other dude went home alone.
What you can learn from this you may ask? At school, it may not work out - a fight can be alot better with alot less to loose than in my situation. But in situations when you are dealing with people with supposedly more authority e.x. teachers - you can maintain your power without being 'rude/violent' and in other words leave them nothing to pick you up on.
