"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I am a successfull banker, graduated college, was a star football player throughout my college career. I had acheived 3 times as much success as the average person my age. Yet I had to be high or drunk in order to fall asleep at night, because I felt like a failure.

The first couple of times you make an attempt to go out with a girl from school or work and you don't succeed you can blame them or bad luck. You think maybe she really does have a boyfriend. But failure apon failure started to mount up. I didn't become successful by lying to myself. So I was left with the conclusion that I was doing something wrong or that I was simply unappealing to the majority of the women on this planet. And I would be alone for the rest of my life.

I mimicked my friends, who were in realationships. If I got a phone number I waited 3 days and then called every day to ask her how her day was. I copied my dad and asked what my date wanted to do for the evening, and made sure that I was availible on the days she was avalible. I made sure that my potential girlfriend new everything there was to know about me because I wanted them to feel comfortable with me on a date. I never insulted a potential girlfriend. And I never had a realationship that lasted more than a few dates. So after 25 years of failure I gave up. I got high every night and played video games until I passed out.

Two years went by depression was my normal state. Then one day I stumbled apon askmen.com. To this day I feel like I am Neal in the Matrix and Morpheus (David Deangelo/ Dr Love) gave me the choice of the blue pill and the red pill. The Blue pill would let me stay in my hollywood world of Sleepless in Seattle and King of Queens, where women are chaist, like to be in charge and recognise a guy's true worth and then marry him. The red pill is the key to the rabit hole. The red pill shows us that one hundred thousand years of evolution can't be undone by a couple hundred years of catholism.

Neil Strause (style) then took my hand and showed me the possiblities of this new world "The Game" blew my mind. Women want sex, women can find any man attractive so long as he presents himself as a worthy mate. When I put down the book and looked at the world again. I did not see the same Earth that was there when I started. I saw the Matrix, the normal rules didn't apply. I realised that my friends in these successful realationships were setting themselves up to be misearable for the rest of their lives. I saw my friend "dog" in a new light. He was a natural he always had women around him and he always controlled the realationship. He was the scumbag that society frowns apon and women flock to.

Most importantly I found this website, were the underground can come together. Where men help other men to remember their true nature.

So thank you all for saving my life, I knew something was wrong but no one in the main stream dare say what is said here. Unfortunately, most people I see on a regular basis will never understand why they aren't happy (women and men). Some poeple here are affraid that this stuff will become main stream. They think that they will loose their edge. I am affraid it won't and I will continue to loose all my friends.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

this is one of the most inspiring posts i've read in a long time. Its the story of thousands upon thousands of men, led to see the world through f*cked up filters. Its as if you were living in a world that was similar to your own, but very different in small details. These are the small details. Then the change comes, and a new world is yours. This is the world in which what you see around you reconciles your beliefs, not voids them.

Right on Brother! You have a natural gift for opening, and a great sense of humor, so I know you'll go far!

Just stay away from strippers for now, they'll put your new knowledge to the test real quick!:p

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
