"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Just wanted to say thanks for making me understand something fundamentally important that we should never forget:

Self respect is more important then pvssy.

I broke if off with my gf this morning, only of 2 months, not a massive deal but I feel like previously I would have let it drag on even though I knew deep down it wasn't right.

My self respect demanded that I break it off now and cut my losses, even though the sex was good.

I feel like as well as understanding what is it to be a Don Juan, I'm now living it in my own way  thanks to the guys who keep drilling home this very important message. Amen.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So often it happens in a relationship that a woman forces you to make a choice between either:

A) Having her (for at least one more date).
B) Having her respect (and your own).

Thanks for choosing the latter and making a stand. Ultimately, men in general MUST BE guilty of not doing enough of this, and they (we) are low-balling the market. Granted, a lot of it is the media and women turning against us via Feminism, etc. but we must be tolerating it on the front lines as we retreat.

These days it seems like women have a one-strike and you're out policy when it comes to respecting you. They seem to only respect the hypothetical perfect man that only exists in the honeymoon stage of relationships. It seems that you can have several perfect months go up in smoke by having a single moment of weakness, and for all the stuff they forgot doing because they were drunk, they never forget that moment of weakness.

Indeed it is most important. This place changed my attitude towards "the one that got away" who said LJBF. I was acting like a idiotic chump and making the situation sooo much worse. She couldn't respect me because I had zero respect for myself. Now that I am looking out for myself, she can't figure out why I'm not chasing her anymore.

Respect yourself and never stop being the one who directs the relationship, aka be the man.

For a night every now and then you can be mr fvcking perfect..and romantic...but once you get into the monotony of daily life the edge is totally gone...and the illusion is shattered...

Women ultimately want an illusion...thats what seduction is all about...

Where guys go wrong is by trying to maintain that intensity in normal life...its impossible...
Exactly. You can plan a perfect vacation, but she can't have a perfect hangover. You can't have a perfect 100 mile drive to the airport the morning after.

So because they expected perfection you end up ultimately seeing the relationship fail and in your attempt to learn from your "mistakes" find yourself trying to undo the reality that every day can't be your best day.

The process does inspire us to improve, but no matter how much we do we are on the same slippery slope, just with a hotter girl.

Yes...as everyone knows its all about ego this romance stuff...as anyone knows it's far better to do the dumping rather than to be the one who gets dumped...once you see the red flags and you know a relationship is going south, always be the first to pull the trigger.
When women notice that they're losing the attraction toward their man, they hang on to them. They have all kinds of things going through their heads like "maybe I should wait it out and my feelings for him might return". Once Mr. New-and-Interesting comes along, that's when she starts thinking that it may be time to move on. But even after she's been going through all these thoughts and emotions, she still doesn't dump her bf. It's only when Mr. New-and-Interesting actually makes the move, gets her number and asks her out that she decides that it's time to end the relationship with her bf.

Even when a relationship is way beyond over, women will drag out the ending of it until her emotions and situation force her to make it final.

There are other cases where the woman has too much invested in her relationship, usually in a marriage or with a bf who has lots of money. She will have an emotional tug-of-war with ending it. She KNOWS that she doesn't love the guy, but she doesn't want to hurt her kids or lose her steady (and free) income. That's when she will cheat instead of ending the relationship.

There's no point in prolonging the inevitable. If you see the relationship going south, you need to end it. Trying to 'save' it is like trying to save a house that's nearly burnt to the ground. Just write the whole thing off and start over.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Another man starts to wake up.

When you place self-respect first, everything else will eventually fall into place.

Putting your dignity before pu$$y takes a lot of balls. Great work.
I'm going to have the opportunity to do this this week, but I don't think I can :(

I hate myself for it, too!
