"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

So here's the lesson I learned today.

Do not flirt via text message. This girl kept messaging me today so I'd keep up with her, and our messages got pretty suggestive, and I was thinking, "Whoa baby, she wants my nuts!" Turns out it was one of my buddies who got ahold of her phone, and they both had a laugh at my expense and I look like a chump (thanks to my jackass friend). Needless to say, be careful when you talk to a girl online or via text, because you never know who you're talking to.

Also, I have a question/observation. I am a pretty flirty guy, and of course when I'm drunk it's even worse. This weekend we had a party and I was pretty drunk.

Well I was holding a conversation with this girl--we talked for like 20 min. Nothing in particular, and I was being my flirty self. I wasn't really trying to game her.. no kino, little eye contact, but I paid attention to what she said and I was very animated when I talked. Later on I heard through word of mouth that she thought I was all over her and trying to get with her that night. While the thought crossed my mind, I wasn't really going there, but whatever. And as it turns out another girl who I was talking to in a similar situation got the same feeling.

My buddy (same one who pranked me... I need new friends) told them that they have to watch out for me when I'm drunk, and I do stupid stuff (thanks for covering for me jackass). But I didn't perceive myself to be much beyond my normal flirting, even with the alcohol. I talked to my buds and they tell me I always come off to strongly on women.

Now I'm not one to question myself so I'm going to blame women. Granted these girls were only like 20, how lame are they if they can't even handle a guy talking and showing interest in them? They sit there and hold a conversation, showing IOIs, yet they complain to my b!tch-buddy about me gaming them and he talks smack about me. WTF????

I can already tell a couple of my new years goals. Make new guy friends. Meet more mature/stable women who can deal with guys showing interest in them.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I disagree every girl is different. Text messages if your "good" at them can really have the ability to excite the girl..

A girl I was messaging once said " Your the most randomest msger eva can I keep u"... You got so much time when texting make it better then a one word response and in the process do not make it multiple pages long..

Texts are good... Just overdo it and things don't look good when your the one always msging first.

When your getting good morning messages.. Then you heading on the right track... Just in the scope of things don't let it get to your head.

Rock on

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Yeah...I went to a party with a date once and her friend (girl) also had a date.

So, this guy just comes up and talks to her for like 2 minutes and and just has NORMAL conversation. Those girls were talking about how he was HITTING on them...

Like...how is that hitting on a girl?

I used to get a good morning message every morning from that girl and it ended up that she liked my compagny and liked me only as a friend. Talk about being on the right track.

Because generally:

Girls + Party + Some amount of alcohol = Reduced inhibitions = Shes got sex on her mind = She assumes all the guys do too.

I'd say embrace it: "yeah, I was flirting with them. I like women. I'm heterosexual."

So women were complaining about you gaming them!? So they're complaining that you're not gay? Eh? Let 'em complain.

Girls love to tell people they were being hit on.

It makes em feel good.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I get the feeling he wasn't "FLIRTING" as you are thinking of the term...

Firstly, he was drunk and so his recollection of the situation is rather suspect in my opinion. Secondly I used to have the same complaints when I was drunk actually when I didn't know HOW to show interest and have fun, I was just mixed up no big deal... the girls called me out and I fixed it...

WHen you're drunk or even buzzed you miss key signals that might mean, "go away I don't want to talk to you" and after missing a few of those, the girl has to be a bit more FORCEFUL aka telling her friends that you're being stalkerish and all over her.... u probably just missed signals that they weren't interested, that's what alchohol will do to u
