Chicks send nude pics to their "ex boyfriends" and now want to sue the website they got posted on.

One chicks claims her "father" saw her pics online on the site. WTF is her dad doing searching online for "revenge porn" sites anyway?

And "someone" she claims came up to her at the store and "saw her" on the site. Really??

Her lawyer "feels bad" about what happened to her. Right. $$$$

What's the point of sending pictures anyway ?

My gf once wanted me to picture my kawk and send it to her. I downed her and told her that it won't give her the real experience.

I knew it we would break up sooner or later and she would be showing pic to her girlfriends, photoshopping the pic so it would look miniature.

Smart move, you set the right example here. It's so easy to get lured into these things when you're to horny to heed the consequences.

What's even more hilarious is this chick suing the revenge porn website is so "devastated" she doesn't mind not having her face blurred out on the T.V. News interview AFTER she claims so many people "recognized" her pictures on the pornwebsite. LMAO.

This "innocent victim" couldn't possibly be "promoting" herself AND looking for a payday could she?

Ya never know, but it's probably a good idea to test it in court if you don't like those type of sites. While yes, you should never let people take pics of you naked, I think the appropriate legal theory is "invasion of privacy," which includes "public knowledge of private facts." They might also sue for copyright infringement, which could be a novel approach.

While the DCMA does protect hosting services, it could be argued that the hosts are contributors to the whole situation, not innocent parties, and are therefore not covered.

For example, if you post copyright infringing stuff on a site, that site is usually immunized. However, if the site ASKS you to post copyright infringing material on it, they would likely lose that protection.
