I Skimmed through that article awhile ago. I was wondering does anyone know if there is a way you can get your testosterone tested? Officially?

Also, I'm curious as to how Testosterone is improved by doing Squats...as opposed to any other gym workouts.

I remember reading an article ago about this very topic. I believe it is because leg muscles are the largest muscle group in the human body. The more muscle you have the more testosterone your body produces.

Please feel free to correct me, anyone, if this statement is inaccurate.
