I was talking to a guy at a local health supplement store in my town and he was talking to me about guys who weight lift.

Here is what he told me essentially, I do not believe him but wished to ask you more knowledgable guys about it.

- When you work out you CREATE testosterone (believe that), but your body also uses more of it and can leave you depleted if you lift too often (I do not believe that).

- Alot of men would stop suffering from many testosterone related issues if they cut back on lifting and just focused on maintaining a healthy weight.

Basically what he told me in a nutshell is that working out is good except for that it uses up too much testosterone (wtf) and can lead to health issues such as erectile dysfunction, baldness, etc. He was also trying to sell me a testosterone cream to rub on my balls ($40) so I think he had just a smidge of motivation to tell me this story.

What do you guys think?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Maybe he was just trying to promote sales and over exaggerate the issue?
After all, he was trying to sell you a testosterone cream.. Don't believe anything you hear from a salesman.

OMG :D :D :D :D :D

Please tell me you bought the cream and your balls fell off!

It's deceptive advertising, he means synthetic testosterone causes health issues. AKA don't do steroids. The reason men get obese and have all those problems is that they DON'T exercise and have low levels of testosterone. Seriously if that was true, every athlete would be bald and have ED. Obesity and stress is the cause of ED not testosterone.

These stores will tell you anything to sell the product. The sales people are paid a bonus by particular companies (the cream on the ball company in this case) to sell there products.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This is the sole reason I do powerlifting to keep it up not down some sales people I don't trust for the simple reason of the bonus's they get by sales.

test. levels are depleted after a hard workout. this triggers your body to produce more, it usually produces more test. than is needed, so the result is a higher test. levels in your blood.

You can overtrain, you'll notice this when you feel tired when you otherwise wouldn't, and when you get sick. Overtraining affects CNS and test. levels, both of which regulate your immune system.

Listen to your body, not some salesman who won't even remember your name.

If you overtrain, take a week or two off, eat heartily and drink plenty...

It's not hard to stay healthy, all it requires is common sense.

By the way, the baldness/side affects of "weightlifting" are in fact a side affect of taking HGH and juicing. Continuosly using steroids will cause your body to lower its production of testosterone(it simply doesn't need more), and may even start producing estrogen to stay balanced. The result is that when you come off the roids, your body isn't producing testosterone as it once would, so you start losing hair and other unfortunate things happen.

hope that helps.

Exercise is a natural viagra, it's been proven. And as for the test cream, tell him to douse his own nuts in it! As for the sales ppl fooling everyone into buying expensive products like nitric oxide boosters, that's rubbish, just stick with stuff like creatine monohydrate($20 for 500 servings). Most of the stuff in those stores is excessive and/or useless.
