lol. this is what started me in the martial arts. It still amps me up. I do get weird looks when I borrow them out though.

... about testosteron..... um i did 200 hunrded push ups in 20 min... after that my my blood pressure sky rocket i was scared sh!t... what did just happen to me... did i over do it or what... or im just being stupid...

Whoa whoa,if you are trying to burnout stop counting! If that is what you are doing you want do one set of push ups without stopping as many times are you can,then take a couple of minutes to catch your breath and go at it again as many times as you can without stopping.

i was pumping my chest... i did 10 push ups and rest for 40 sec and do it again... until all of a sudden after doing 200 hundred in 20 min i feel like i can lift a car... ****... my hand started shaking a lil bit... and i feel strong... do any of you know what just happen... i did 200 push ups a couple of times before... but yesterday was the first time this happen... i feel like i can lift a car after doing 200 push ups.....

You can increase sex drive and you can use steroids.

Why do you think some men gain muscle faster than others with same diets?

Some higher levels of testosterone naturally... you can change it a TINY bit by working out and taking supplements.

No sh*t, but you can't increase your hormone levels all that much.

You can increase growth hormone by doing sprints or HIIT, and weight lifting along with proper nutrition increases testosterone but by SMALL SMALL amounts.

You kidding? How much do you weigh?

I knock out 100 pushups in less than 3 minutes...

Note: Check out CrossFit, they apparently have a concept behind lifting as much as possible, as many times as possible, in the shortest amount of time... really really high intensity, but if you're going for overall functional strength and all the other cosmetic perks, these guys are definitely contenders.
