“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I would like to get some feedbacks about that, not only by my doctor... But anyone here that have some experience in those things, to give me more information if my levels are good or not.

If you need any further information, just tell me and I get it.

Prolactin: 18,3 ng/mL
Testosterone: 471 ng/dL
Ref: Men : 165 to 753 ng/dL

CALCULATED FREE TESTOSTERONE: 18,0 nmol/L
SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOBULIN - SHBG: 18,0 nmol/L
FOLCLE STIMULATING HORMONE - FSH: 3,27 mUI/mL
LUTEINIZING HORMONE - LH: 3,67 mUI/mL

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Just worried about the prolactin... It seems its high and its related to brain tumor.

And as always looking at google, Im showing some symptons.

The med Im using none seems to have any relationship with prolactin increase.

I’m not a doctor first off. I do remember having testosterone in that range. Prolactin goes up and thus testosterone goes low. Visa-versa is a possibility. Testosterone going up may cause prolactin to go down.

Research what the average testosterone level of a man was in 1950. (You will be surprised) I know it says that your testosterone is in normal range. But that is the bar being lowered. My last test put me around 850. It was flagged as high. I called the doctor and he admitted that the program flags it as “abnormal” and that is based on the average testosterone of men in modern times.

This is just an opinion. Nothing more. You could easily get your testosterone up to around 800 easily without TRT. I did. I’ve attached my latest blood test.
Thanks for your feedback man.

Can you give me some tips on how can I raise it without TRT?

When you are lower your fat levels and are feeling pretty good with your deadlifts, it’s time to go to MSP deadlifts. You can look that up and devise your deadlifts on that principle. This is where your testosterone really goes up fast.

“Maximum Sustained Power” deadlifts. Once a week only. Your done. It was designed by Sirens & Titans fitness. You can find it on “Mark’s Daily Apple” website as well.
Thanks bro! Those are awesome tips!

About keto, rice is considered a grain, so I should avoid, right? Cause as I know about keto is about eating naturally and avoiding processed food.

About cardio, gonna get back with walking everyday. I can't make a running in the beginning because I had a injury on my lower back on gym. But I can try it slowly.

On workouts what do you think about calisthenics? I use to make some pushups, and some others bodyweight exercises since I can do it in my home and it also make my body more stronger. Not like lifting weights, but it seems to be good.

Calisthenics work. Just don’t work out too much. It’s metabolically damaging to your goal of raising testosterone and then check on your Prolactin.

The diet is more important. Hold off on the rice and other starches. Potatoes etc. I like meat and vegetables. It works well for me.
Gonna do that. About working too much that's quite interesting, I always thought that working too intensely could be not as good as people usually say. Had a time workout with a personal trainer... He was putting me on a too intense workout routine, and I didn't see much benefits... Also was feeling fcking tired the whole week with that training and my libido/erection was even worse.

What kind of vegetables do you recommend? On cost and benefit. Cause I try to eat as cheap as I can to avoidspending too much money.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You don’t force water because it dilutes the potassium and other minerals in your body. You can force but then you have to supplement mineral and add more than enough salt into your body. Fat will come off much faster and you will feel better not forcing water intake.

You need a lot of water when eating starchy carbs and sugars. In fact it’s almost imperative. BUT it spikes insulin and causes deterioration in your body which you are trying to repair and restore.

Read that book or listen to it.
This is very interesting. I've always heard that we need to drink a ton of water to be healthy. But most of times I drunk too many water, I didn't feel it was good.

Oh I know. The idea is to wake up with an erection. That’s the sign you are looking for. There is not one single benefit to overtraining. It will wreck you in a heartbeat. Later as you progress you can up it to maybe 4 workouts a week but make it a light one. Walking is better.

The idea of intensity is happening with this. Trust me. Your deadlifts and sprints will fill that function more than adequately. You will see. 30 second rests on those deadlifts can be a killer. But it’s only one day a week. Easy peasy. The sprints are not easy. You can increase the load on the bike machine. You can downright make yourself suffer. Start with just peddling as fast as you can at first. You will find your way and select your own decisions.
Those are very great tips man! Thank you so much for that!

Gonna start applying that and checking the improvements.

About the building muscle, I will want that for sure. Just wait until I lose enough fat, as this is the most important at the moment... And then I can start working out on muscle gain.
