One could technically be happy living on the street if he had enough food to eat and a supreme mindset. One could also be miserable as a billionaire with a harem full of 10s. I don't think either position is better in terms of "happiness." It's a matter of perspective.I hate to say it because it's nobody's fault but my own, but sometimes this forum has too much alpha thinking. "Don't get married, focus on money, be alpha, have status, forget women, focus on career, etc, etc, etc."
Well ok, I'm late 30s, alpha, tons of cash, awesome career, no wife or kids.
My friend is mid 40s, beta, some cash, wife and 4 kids.
Who is in a better position?
The bigger message is don't count on SoSuave to inculcate you with what is ideal for you. Ideal is subjective. Your friend might be happy as a pig in shvt. OR maybe not.
With the above in mind, though, I don't believe this forum promotes standards which are counter-productive. For example, we teach men to:
1) Get better physical health and conditioning;
2) Make more money for a better and easier lifestyle;
3) Focus on your appearance to attract a bigger pool of receptive women and to feel proud of what you see in the mirror;
4) Don't pedestal women or place anyone above you as YOU are just as great if not greater than they are;
5) Have frame as nobody has earned a right to impose upon your will, except you.
These are great and propitious concepts to promote.
