Testicular Pain

Lately ive been having really intense testicular pain. Its only on the left one. Its just really sensitive to touch, like even the soft sides of gym shorts are incredibly painfull. Its not cancer, as cancer i've read is painless or at least relativly so. Has anybody else experienced this? Could it be linked to lifting at all? Also to note, its not always like this, just random times it will get really sensative. No jokes about it please, even though its a subject thats easy to do so.

Seems like its most likely torsion which is a problem, but its the only one that fits so I got to go to the emergency room most likely. Luck for WebMD, damn I hope im not to late.
