Has anybody here ever had or know someone that has had Testicular Cancer and/or Spermatocele?

Sounds like it is more appropriate in Health and Fitness.
Umm - one of my grandma's sister's worked in oncology. I've seen some cool stuff when I was a kid, like cadavers and amputations.
And yeah, I've seen people with testicular cancer.Why would u ask? Did your balls get all big and brown and then fell off?
