This is a tip I hope some of you gentlemen will find useful, what I want you to do is write out the terms & conditions that a girl must agree to, if she wants you to spend any of your precious time with her.
Now take some time and really think this through, write down everything you would expect to get from her in the type of relationship you want with her, all the good things that would make you really happy.
Much more importantly you must write down the things that you will not tolerate, anything you would regard as a deal breaker.
Disrespectful stuff that's just not cool to you. Everyone's different, one mans ***** is another guys honey bunny.
Ok, once you are happy with your terms & conditions I want you to sign them, and keep them somewhere safe.
Now here's the good part, Any time you get back from a date, bar, club or whether you're in a LTR, married, whatever your situation is, whenever you feel the need, I want you to read through your terms & conditions.
If you find your little cutie pie is mostly ticking all the good **** boxes, you know she's worth your personal time and effort in keeping her around, on the other hand if the only boxes this ***** is ticking are the bad WTF boxes, she has violated your terms and conditions and you must cancel her contract with you, You must be prepared to walk the **** away.
Now you can either have different terms & conditions for every woman in your harem, or well, you can just put down what you would expect from your very own version of perfection. Whether you think you've already met her or not.
When you have your own terms & conditions, it's a handy tool for being true to yourself and not just putting up with her crap, cos her *****s just sooooooo good man. Most AFC guys I know do this, it's one of their biggest mistakes and always, always leads to them getting hurt. Myself included (once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away).
Knowing what your terms & conditions are in this life, will save you alot of drama and heartache, as long as you are prepared to walk away if they are violated. You can draw up your own terms and conditions for all kinds of situations in this life, jobs, friends, hobbies, anything that takes up your precious time, it doesn't matter. Remember, you always have the right to change your terms and conditions as you see fit, at any time.
Doing this will help you keep a strong frame for yourself at all times. You will subconciously DHV if you keep your terms & conditions in the back of your mind, it also helps with qualifying too.
One final little added bonus is that if you beliive in the law of attraction (I personally do, I know it's not for everybody), you will find that you will attract the things (girls) that live up to your terms and conditions.
Now this isn't a magic formula by any means, but the trick is to not take it personally if the girl doesn't live up to your terms & conditions, and when you do terminate a contract, you must ask yourself the question, whether or not you think you lived up to hers? It will help you grow as a man if you can learn from your ripped up contracts, and eventually you will find a girl who may even want to sign your contract for herself.
