"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Regardless of whether you did or not, is it worth it?
There is a chick im gaming atm. We havent banged yet( could have but circumstances prevented it) so i would not make it sexual.

I was thinking something like telling her she was in my dream, but then say she fell over or got splashed by a car or something. Then mention something like "why would i dream abouty silly you though?" after.

As for my personal situation, shes 17 and im 21. We met on holiday about a week ago on my last couple of days at a nice hotel, and discovered that we live very close to each other.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

You can tell her about it if she calls you after you have sex with her.

Figured its best to not communicate such a thing till more investment.
I thought it would be light hearted and a push pull thing if done right but seems double edged to me.

The first time I saw my last girlfriend she was on stage. I had a dream that I never told her about. It did come true however.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ever dream about a girl that you've never considered that attractive?
But because you dreamed about her, suddenly you find her more interesting?
That's happened to me a few times.

I guess its something subconscious when dreams are involved. It has happened before but only to women that i had half considered before.

Like this one I had last night about her was kinda like that. My interest had been waning a bit but then it increased again. Actually i could do with some advice on her, i'm pretty newby. most my experience has all been in the moment with women or when they pursued me and i changed my mind on them rather than me seducing consciously. Should i make a new thread?

No. Just no.

Only tell her after you've fvcked her 500 times.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

No bang = No dream
Telling her you had one will only make you look like some kind of a needy little wuss to her.

It CAN be useful, but only if you use it to set some kind of hook.

"Hey, I had this really FVCKED UP dream about you! Why would you do such a thing?" and then cut off contact for a couple of days.

this was my idea. Not just mentioning it randomly or anything, which would have been bad.
Wasn't sure about it still.

I've dreamed about women I that I haven't seen or thought of in 25 years. Women I had never even considered in a sexual or romantic way. But I'll wake up and wonder whatever happened to her, and think that maybe I overlooked her.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Much defensive advice in this thread founded on not losing the girl. If you are retracting your will in order to appease, you are pedestal-ing the girl.

Tell her what you want to tell her. Dare her to reject you to release the pedestal--which is a stronger frame than projecting an inauthentic frame grounded in concern (of loss).

We're not telling him to retract his will. Just telling him to retract a stupid idea. You want to be in a girl's subconscious, not go fawning over her by telling her she's in yours.

Tell her what you want to tell her.
But what an AFC would want to tell her and what a DJ would want to tell her are two different things. To paraphrase the Einstein quote of Everything Should Be Made as Simple as Possible, But Not Simpler...

Say as much as you need to say, but not a word more.

Einstein was referring to "winning" in life. If you are curbing your words to "win" a woman, you are "losing" with women.

You have the end goal confused. The "win" is not the girl, but living with full authenticity whether that means with or without the girl. If the girl wants to join the ride with who YOU are, that's a win. When you feel the need to curb your language to "win" a girl, you have already lost.

If you tell her a girl you dreamed about her all night--and if you own the frame--she will adore you anyway. If you don't own the frame, it wouldn't matter what you did or did not tell her, she will be gone.

The need to curb your words demonstrates that she already owns the frame, as who is SHE that YOU need to curb your language toward?

Value supersedes ALL. And the party who holds greater value ... owns the frame--and can say anything (insofar as it does not impose on the other's agenda) in accordance with his/her will with no consequence.

I'm 43 years old and perfectly aware of the fact that women are not the endgame.

But we advise people against saying stupid s*** everyday on this forum. Why are you so proactive about this one?

All value is subjective. All people value themselves above all. Therefore everybody always holds the frame.

Einstein was referring to "winning" in life.
The quote didn't have an implied outcome. I doubt Einstein of the "winning at life" type. Set an outcome, do what you need to achieve that outcome, but not more than you need to.

That's pretty much programmed into the DNA of every living organism. Do what you need to get what you want, but not more if you don't have to.

In order to get a number from a girl you need to something besides think about it (unless you're like that dude Kilgrave on Jessica Jones). Among all the several courses of actions you could take, there are some actions that are too much and some actions that are too little.

You aren't going to get her number if you whiz on by living "authentically" (whatever the fvck that means...)

(If all pedophiles lived authentically the neighborhood kids would be in big trouble...)

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
