Nothing , not a word from BBC or MSNBC or CBS or any major network. Wonder why? What about the stress and emotional well-being of the accused who might be innocent? Who cares, he's a man!

A friend of mine (a defense lawyer) who works on a lot of rape cases, tells me he was somewhat startled that lately what he calls “an unchivalrous habit” has sprung up among certain defendants.

“If they decide to have sex with a woman who they think might say after that they raped her, then they film it.”

“Are you serious,” I said.

“I’m afraid so,” he said, “and it does get them off the hook."

It's from a professional lawyer, guys! Mark his words.

Sad story.

Just FYI, check your state wiretap laws before you record anyone without their consent. Doing so is a felony in Illinois. The law was passed by corrupt Illinois politicians who were scared of being taped accepting bribes. Until last year, when the statute was amended after great public out-roar, it was a felony to take out your phone and film a cop beating someone on the street.

This is why Illinois always makes any list of top 10 most corrupt States, this law is a good part of the root cause as to why.

I have never been accused of rape or any such crime but I always know I am only one woman away from it whenever I get with one I don't know or don't yet know well. I always try to get some kind of confirmation text when I b@ng a new woman, for example..

Lefty: "Damn we rocked it so hard last night my house slipped off it's foundation!!"

HB: "You were awesome!!! No guy has ever made me cvm 3x before!!"

Lefty: (makes 3 copies of said texts and saves them forever)

Rather face charges of illegal wiretaping than rape. Don't you think?

Stores get consent to film customers with the sign on the entrance that says "premises under video surveillance." If you happened to have a home security system and a similar sign on your front door, that would be consent. Just don't put the sex tape on the Internet. That would be going beyond the reasonable scope of the implied consent.

Another casualty of parents who have their heads in the sand. Parents need to take their kids side, defend and support them. If it were a false rape on my kid, he'd be relocated to another part of the country ASAP and after 18 another part of the world.

More importantly, where is the boy's father?

Why would MSNBC or CBS cover a false rape & suicide in England? Yes, the situation sucks and in a perfect world, if the accuser purposefully lied, she would be charged with murder. However, this is not some media bias case like you are making it out to be. If you view the world with such an 'us vs them' mentality, you are in for some very strained relationships with the opposite sex if you are straight.

Is that so? No bias? No us against them? You should tell that to the thousands of men who have been wrongfully accused of rape. You should tell the that to the millions of men who have been removed from their houses because of domestic violence accusations . You should tell that to Jay's family.

Pointing out media endorsed misandry is NOT an us against them mentality regarding women. I see this non-sequitor come up all of the time.

Recognizing a systemic bias against men does NOT equal hating women. That is an argument stemming from feminist ideology.
Lol my block list is getting very long from this thread. Systemic bias would be if a local media team did not cover the incident. OP is complaining the NATIONAL news (BBC) did not pick up the story and that GLOBAL news (CBS) did not pick up the story. Just because National news and Global news doesn't place as much attention on a topic as you see relevant does not make it a systemic bias.

No systematic bias , according to you. Hmmm ..............so ,can you , Sir , explain me why always the name of the "rapist" are publish and they don’t publish the name of the false-accuser. 200 hundred girls are abducted by terrorist group , everybody (including our First Lady) with stupid messages. Thousands of boy used as soldiers , nobody give a flying fvck. Case and point, the Duke University girl who faced no charges, tried writing a book about her experience (or rather, what her initial claims were, despite being told this could get her taken to court again for slander), and eventually killed her boyfriend. The last bit is what got her in trouble with the law, not the bit where she accepted a bribe to accuse the Duke's Lacrosse team for rape.

Mentally ill person shoots a Congresswoman = Blame Sarah Palin, Republicans
Mentally ill person shoots up a school = blame guns, NRA, Republicans
Sane person kills self after false rape claim = Blame Mental Illness

Sadly, we will see more of this as kids now are taught women achieve some kind of higher moral standing by being a "victim". And since women seek status, if they can't really be the victim of an offense, well, one will just have to be made up.In 99% of cases however, when you have raped charges against you dropped, you are just trying to keep your head down because the media has still depicted you as a rapist regardless of the decision made by the courts , the media loves reporting allegations, but isn't too keen on reporting the outcome.

No bias. Just sit down a watch the tv for 2 hours.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Why would they report it? It doesn't further their narrative of all men being demonic rapists.
