Teach Me to Whistle

I've always wanted to whistle but could never do it. I can't roll my tongue.
I know tongue rolling is in the genes but i dont' think whistling is. If possible could someone please explain how to whistle with or without fingers. THanks.

When I roll my tongue I produce a retarded whistle. Instead I form a tube like with upper jaw, tongue, and lips, tongue rather flat. Blow the air through it, shape could be adjusted for proper pitch and laudness.

Whistle is the sound formed between my tongue and upper jaw...


It sounds much better and louder if I am confident while doing it, such as projecting my confidence toward something afar.

i don't think its one of those things you can be taught, you have to position the muscles in ur face and your lips in the perfect angle that cannot be described and only you can do naturally.
