"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

In one of the threads here, Warboss Alex recommended Taurine to enhance pumps when working out. I decided to try it and have been using it alongside creatine for about 3 weeks. Already I have noticed very positive results. I am seeing an increase in mass and strength like with creatine, except more! I'm even noticing more definition (due to individual muscle expansion I guess). Plus it is cheap!

Until Warboss mentioned it, I had never heard of it, but I have basically created this thread to put this information out there and see what everyone else's experiences are with taurine.

I'd also invite Warboss Alex or anyone in the know to give more information if they so wish. :)

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Great supplement, cheap as chips and tasteless (or should be, some people say it's got a bitter taste but I never experienced this). Take it in water or diet soda or in your protein drinks, however, you shouldn't notice it. It's really a must have because, like creatine, it's so cheap for the benefits it provides.

Ideally stacked with Creatine EE (or mono) for enhanced workouts and cell volumisations - closest thing you'll get to steroids without using them, lol. (stay well hydrated for the optimum effect)

Also provides health benefits (google for them) as concerns blood pressure and fat metabolism among other things.

How'd I'd dose it: 10g per day split into 1-2 servings, but at least 5g before bed (taurine induces a calming effect similar to tryptophan which should promote deeper, more restful sleep).

On workout days take 5g pre-workout and 5-10g during if you take a during-workout drink (throw some in your energy drink). I don't see a need to take any post-workout but you can if you want.

Cool, how does Taurine work?

Also, while you're at it, how much creatine and glutamine should I take per day? What brands are the cheapest.

There should seriusly be a sticky on supplement info. Im sure this info has been posted hundreds of times by now, but i can't find it cuz the search function sucks.

Creatine depends on whether it's mono or EE (I recommend the later, ~3-5g a day), for glutamine I'd say about 20g a day but that gets really expensive - though I find it doesn't work as well in smaller doses.

Online prices should be cheapest. Dunno where though unless you're in the UK.

i love this site. i used to use trueprotein but they sneakily raised the prices during a site "upgrade" (it actually looks worse than it was) and they RIP you off on shipping.

allstarhealth charges like $6 shipping no matter how big your order is. I ordered 5 10 lb packages of whey and a few other things (fish oil n'nat) and got it all shipped for $6. Trueprotein is BARELY any cheaper on product prices SOMETIMES but would have charged like $50 on shipping.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

btw would I need to cycle Taurine or take a break from it, like recommended with Creatine?

I intend to go for 30 days on and 30 days off, or is there a better way?

no need to cycle either in my opinion.. when you take a deload week or a week off, stop taking your training supplements because you won't need them, otherwise take them when there is a need (heavy training periods).

plus 30 days is barely enough time to see if a supplement is working for you anyway. 30 days on 30 days off is like taking it half the year and not taking it the other half .. net result is nadda.

actually, thank YOU, Jariel. thanks for taking my advice and trying it out.. if I can help one person on this board make one percent better gains, I'll be happy.

I never paid for any help in training, I never had a trainer. I couldn't afford one for most of my life so I had to make do with experimentation, reference books where I could find them, the internet more recently, and people's advice - the last being the most prominent and significant. People taking time out of THEIR day to help me out with form, eating, routine, cardio, anything.

The best advice I've always got has been totally freely given, and I'd like to do the same to help you guys when I can. Posts like yours which show that I've positively affected someone's gains make me feel really satisfied, and makes it worth hearing all the dross about 20g protein per meal and granola bar diets.

Keep it up bro!

I think it's extremely important to keep an open mind. I have lost a lot of weight and made some great muscle gains over the years, but I personally believe there is ALWAYS room for improvement.

I find it very frustrating when you try to help someone who closes their mind and claims they already know it all. I try helping my friends get into shape, try to explain the importance of nutrition and that fat cannot be turned into muscle and you cannot get slim by doing 100s of situps, but they think they know better. People like that never get anywhere.

I trust your advice. Simply put, you know a lot more than me about bodybuilding so any advice you give is valuable. If I didn't take the advice of guys such as yourself and others on this forum, I'd just be doing 100 situps and bicep curls every day.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
