2. Does having body piercings help or hurt your chances of hooking up with women?

3. Are there any realistic looking fake tattoos or fake body piercings that look like the real thing, and if so, where can I buy them?

This all depends on the type of women that you wish to attract. Some go for it and some don’t.

Personally, I don’t believe that we should compromise ourself on the basis of female approval.

As I’ve said before... you don’t see bumper stickers or modifications on a Bentley.

OP, if you feel the need to get fake tattoos or piercing just to get laid, you need to work more on your internal self confidence and self love. Women will see right through your tough guy facade because your personality and confidence will not match your fake accessories. Learn game, hit the gym, pick up a hobby, work on yourself. All these things will permanently increase your chances with women.
