When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
It's a misconception that sunscreens are good for tanning, they aren't, they are actually the opposite of what you want=harder to tan. I have gone twice,10 minutes two days in a row w/o any lotion of some sort. Just 20 minutes in the booth and I'm already liking the new skin tone, and I'm not even burnt! I don't know if anyone cares but the booth I uses is loaded with 160 watt bulbs.~attrACTION~ said:Do you guys use any lotions like sunscreen? If so, what SPF do you recommend if I want to actually tan?

I noticed that my abs are benefiting from it the most, only 10 minutes 2 days in a row and they already look more defined! I can't wait till I'm actually brownish, only a couple more weeks away!Espi said:I live in FLA, so I can jog shirtless to get my tan, and I love to tan. It wnhances your physique...considerably.
Dude don't trip soo much off that 'tanning is dangerous' stuff you hear. 15-30 minutes in a tanning bed=one day at the beach. I personally haven't had a nice tan my whole life so doing it this summer won't kill me. Besides I'm only going for 10 minutes a day for awhile till I get a nice 'base',then backing off to twice a week at 10 minutes which isn't alot at all.danno1 said:I am trying to find a good can tan. Do you mind me asking how long you have been doing it for and letting me know if you have had any negative side effects from it?Mctwist4 said:I go every once in a while. I tan moderately easily. Naturally I am a little pasty. It took about 2 or 3 fifteen minute sessions for me to develope a good base.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Just think about it,some people spend their whole lives working outside all day, some people live their lives at the beach w/o any negative side effects. Just don't go to a tanning booth like your prepping for a bodybuilding contest everyday and you will be cool.
Good Luck!
Depends on the time of day, check a weather website to find UV index.kickureface said:i live in Los angeles and weather is sunny now. like 80-90. would playing bball outside with my shirt off be a good way to tan?

I leave the boxers on,no sperm decrease here.Mctwist4 said:If you tan naked, cover your junk with something. I've heard the radiation can **** up your sperm production.
Radiation can fvck your sperm count up, but only if it is a certain kind. Tanning beds dont give off high frequency radiation like X-rays and and radioactive radiation. It is this kind of radiation that lowers your sperm count. Since tanning beds dont give you this kind of radiation, you have nothing to worry about.Mctwist4 said:Dry skin sometimes so put on some lotion after. It helps the tan too. Watch your ass doesn't get too tan because after I went for a while the spot where my ass pushed up against the tanning bed was a little too dark. If you tan naked, cover your junk with something. Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
