does anyone here use them before summer to get a tan?

what are the dangers if any?

Nonsense.

I use them to get a tan. The dangers are the same with anything, you get stupid with it, you'll pay.

I used it once every 48 hours (twice) 'till I got the colour I wanted, then I use it once a week to "top up". The dangers are if you use it once a day for about 15 mins.

Don't go mad, and you'll be fine.
