"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

The other day me and my friends where in his car and we where driving to get some food when we saw three good looking girls and my friends had a idea to moon them, and I was excited but scared. So we drive by them and moon them. It was so funny, but I was so scared while everyone else was having a good time being stupid. Then we pulled up next to them and tried to have a conversation, and my friends where all gung Ho about it, and I was so nervous and afraid that I wanted to run away from that moment.

Then one of my friends said "hey does my ass have dimples on it, I never got a good look at it" the girls where mad and just wanted to be left alone.

I dont blame them, I would be mad too. But still, my friends had the gaul to go and do it.

Now imagine your in a club and the music is blasting and you see a girl across the room and she smiles at you and then you smile back at her.

Now its time to cross the room and say something to her. But your afraid and you dont know what to say to her.

Its time...go time.

But your scared and your insides are turining inside out.

Now that same persoanlity trait that my friends had can be used here, if you do things that are scary or require a bit of risk, the more risk avererted you are the harder it will be to do things like that.

I like to play it safe and taking risk is not part of my nature..

Im trying to take risk's that I wouldnt before, but its so hard.

I know some people will say "Just go do it" and it works for them but for me, I need a little more to push me and make me realize that I need to take risk.

Where can I learn and change this mentality?

For example if you joined the armed forces, im sure your risk taking habits will change.

There is nothing wrong with being a cautious person. There IS something wrong with being an overly cautious person. As with most things in life, before doing something risky, you should run a risk vs. reward analysis quickly through your head before proceeding. Most of the times you don't even have to do this because seriously, if it's just some minor thing, what trouble could you get into?

Uhh... you don't need to join the army to develop a DJ mindset lol. Just realize that there's no such thing as a risk-free approach, in the sense that there's always the chance that you'll get rejected. In other words...

Tip #1: Your choices are 1) Take a risk, or 2) be condemned to masturbation for the rest of your life :D.

Another important thing to realize is that the "risk" that comes with approaching a girl is a very minor one, at most. Consider that if the girl is a total stranger, you'll likely never see her again if she rejects you. Why should a rejection from someone that you'll never see again bother you? And even if you know that you'll see the girl again, remember that embarassment is created internally, which means that you won't be embarassed if you don't let rejection bother you. And you know what? If you don't let it bother you it probably won't bother her either, and the next time you see her there will be virtually 0 tension between the two of you.

Tip #2: If you get rejected, the worst that will happen is that you'll get a little embarassed... but only if you let it bother you! Just realize that rejections are insignificant consequences at the most, and your fear of approaching will melt away.

The final thing I can remind you of is that the benefits of overcoming your fear of rejection will extend beyond just getting women, as the resulting boost in confidence will allow you to grab life by the balls and get what you really want out of it.

Tip #3: The positives of dealing with your nervousness greatly outweigh the negatives. It'll be hard at first, but all things worth doing are like that in the beginning. Just don't give up and you'll set yourself up for success for the rest of your life!

You make sense.

Running the Risk vs reward analysis is the thing that I do.

But I think that when it comes to talking to women and talking to diffrent strange women, that I FEEL that the risk is so big that the reward is not worth so I wont go and talk to her.

I can feel that fear inside my body when I even think about talking to women, its like Im conditioned to be afraid by women and I dont know what conditioned me.

The honest risk of a women not liking me is zero, I lose nothing physically and I dont get hurt physically and I dont get any trouble with the law, so practically it should be very easy.

Like for example jumping out of a plane or gunning your car down the highway weaving through traffic at high speeds is alot more dangerous, and you can get hurt.

In reality I KNOW that the risk is nada, but I still feel afraid, and the Reward is great. If you know how to play the game then there is nothing you can lose physically as long as you can deal with rejection.

But my body doesnt want to listen and it still hesitates when it comes to taking risk's that involve a certain wild card in the equation of results.

Uncertainty is something I am very afraid of.

How can I change this part of my persoanlity, so that taking risk can be eaiser for me and that I dont psyche myself up as much as I do now.

The problem is that rational thought of knowing that there is no physical Risk of talking to women still dosent calm my insides down and make me feel less afraid of taking risk.. Its like my mind has no control over my body or how it feels.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Take risks. The greater the risk, the bigger the reward. Not part of your nature? Excuse.

Now, to make it a little more clear. Take calculated risk. You don't run across the street during rush hour where cars wizzing by at 45 mph. That is dumb way of risking your life and what do you get in return?

Now approaching a girl or going in for a kiss is a risk but the payoff at the end is great. If one doesn't try or go for it then all life will be in what ifs. That is where calculated risk comes in. You know yourself, you know the situtation and you put yourself out there and risk it all knowing you are going to be fine and take on whatever life throws at you because you know who you are and sh1t in life won't phase you, you take calculated risk because you know that life lived in a comfort zone is death and one must risk in order to become great.

Follow your gut feeling and do what you want, meaning risking feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.

Life of fullfillment of doing what you want, that could also mean not succeeding but still trying or life full of regret and what ifs. Choice is yours.
