“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hello everybody,

Hope all of you have a great day because i sure do.

Here's my situation:

I am going to school 5 days a week but i want to fitness and do martial arts. Because i just think its awesome to do. This is going to be my roster:
Monday: Jujitsu, Tuesday: Free, Wednesday: Kickboxxing, Thursday: Sparring (kickboxing) Friday: Free, Saturday: Free, Sunday: Free.

Is it possible to make a healthy lifestyle out of this so i can work on my body at the same time while i'm taking martial arts?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Of course.
Martial arts is good conditioning/cardio. As long as your eating enough to fuel your body you should be fine.

I would make a 3 day split Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday since your free tuesday and saturday.
Thursday you'll just have to work harder because you'll be doing martial arts and wiehglifting. But you got friday free to rest anyways :)

You could start off on a three day split, but a two day might be a better idea for recovery reasons. You don't want to over tax your system. If you decide to do a three day and find it difficult to make gains, then switching to a two day would be best.

I also wouldn't do any other cardio, martial arts are quite intensive as it is. You will also have to fuel yourself accordingly as Triple T said.

What is it you hope to achieve by working out, what are your goals as far as strength and muscle mass are concerned? Keep in mind that it will be more difficult to make progress if you are training martial arts three time a week.
