Anyone here take cold showers? I take them before I go to bed and do my evening routine. Here are some of the benefits:

- makes you sleep faster
- increases testosterone
-increases will power
- makes you mentally tougher
- calms your nerves
- good for your immune system
- good spiritually
- good practice for semen retention as it calms the urges

Good stuff. Take cold showers, there good for you
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Hi Travels,
Whilst I realise that for reasons of National Security your location is like James Bonds on "a need to know basis",It is not hard to guess you are back in the Philippines....Cold Showers,for most of us down here,would need a wet suit!
