"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Women are (for the most part,) the most non-confrontational people on the planet and they'll do their damnest to avoid potentially unpleasant situations. The irony is that they're not doing this to spare their feelings, they're doing it to prevent themselves from feeling any sort of discomfort or awkwardness.

As men, we have to see the writing on the wall and realize when a woman isn't trying to f*ck with us, When she says she's going to hit you back (either via phone call, text, Facebook,) and she doesn't, she ain't trying to f*ck with you. When you ask her out and she does something other than say, "Yes," she ain't trying to f*ck with you. When she flakes on a date, she ain't trying to f*ck with you? When you to arrange the date and she a$$es around about trying to reschedule, she ain't trying to f*ck with you. When you're experiencing instances such as this, as the title of this thread states, take her lack of an answer as her answer.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

True, and we should have enough women going that we can detach ourselves from the outcome of any one.

Unless she gives you the green light, back off. Make her come to you. Also, don't expect instant results. Often a girl will flake early on but then 2 weeks later will return and a relationship can form, so never send a nasty "you didn't reply" message. It is bad for so many reasons. If you do send the "Grande Finale" text, it MUST be humorous and NEVER mean. You'll be surprised sometimes that the girl is indeed interested.

Act the way you would if YOU were rejecting HER. You wouldn't be mean about it, you'd just be apathetic.
