What's the healthiest thing at taco bell. Yeah, I know nothing is healthy but what is the least unhealthy 'cuz I have to eat there tonight.

since your at a computer, go to the site and look up the menu and all the nutrients. Dont forget to look at sodium too.

Did you know that Coke corp. actually puts sugar and salt in their water so you get fat and thristy? They want you to become fatter and addicted!
Why do you HAVE to eat there? If your going with your buddies eat before and say you ain't hungry. If it's a date... take her somewhere else. Ex. Wendys!

Taco Bell has actually taken interest in how... unhealthy... they are. They've added an off-menu option that you can tell the cashier to put on your tacos. Ask for "fresco-style" whenever you order and they'll replace the cheese & sour cream with (a surprisingly good tasting) salsa. Sometimes you'll get a non-manager who doesn't know what 'fresco-style' is, but most of the time if you tell them that it's on the keypad they'll figure it out. Just make sure the cooks do it right too - 1/4 the time I've ordered 'fresco' it comes out just like it would if I hadn't ordered it that way.

As for what's the best, I'd say grilled chicken, fresco style, soft shell (though if you want to bring your own whole-wheat soft shells.... yeah yeah)...

chicken soft taco........i remember reading in some mag and somewhere else it was the best fast food to eat. Whenever i have to eat fast food its always chicken soft tacos

That's not right,soft(flour) tortillas have hydro ingredients in them.

Corn tortillas are the only healthy tortillas.
