I want more testoterone. Oh yes. I have a nice amount in me from being active and such but i'm also starting to realize after about 4 years of practice with women that they are honestly able to "sniff" out test in males.

Now dont get me wrong i dont want it just so i can attract women..hell no.
I want it because of me. I would like to start building more muscle and i bought T-Bomb2. I'm on my second day and i feel a little more aggressive, more alert, i actually thought about banging my teacher today lol, and generally i'm in a better mood except for the outburst of occasional anger i have.

I'm very very thirsty also. My body is pretty hot all the time and its about 30-50 degrees up here and i drive with the windows pretty far down. As far as the women go my teacher showed lots of sexual body language toward me today, a older lady (30) did something i have never had happen....she started a conversation with me while i was facing the other way sitting down then actually came up around me and threw her left leg over my left with her crotch kinda resting near my inner thigh...and just standing there..... like nothing big was happening....um...dont really know what to make of that one.

For any of you guys out there looking for a little more strength/testoterone this could be the way to go. I'll keep you updated.

How about not flamming? Yeah thanks. This is for people who work out and want a boost in their test. Notice the points i make about what it is and my own personal experiences from it...so that.... when people are interested in it they will know what to expect.

You want some natural ways? Ok.


Be more active. Dont sit around all day and play on the computer. Allthough video games show to increase testoterone, it does more harm than good.

Stay active, do stuff. There is nothing better than being out and about, being social, and flirting with women.

Play sports. Sports are the test king. It really gets ur blood pumping. No i'm not talking about golf..... football, rugby, street racing, ect. Hey...you asked for it.

Working out. Working out is a great way to increase test.

All in all i dont really see how "natural" testoterone isnt..well..."natural". This is not a steriod. So before you flame and ask for more...try letting the people who get something out of it get that...and you just go on to the next post without making yourself sound like a douche for being a.....douche. Thx.

Wow. My bad, I was being sincere, lol.

I musn't have read ur post properly the first time, thought you were talking about some kind of drug or something, lol.

I remember reading stuff by Jeff Anderson who, raised testorteone without supplements, by visualisation and that sort of thing. So the question probably should have said without supplements. What you replied with was the sort of thing i was after, but a more complete list would be great.

In conclusion, I wasn't flaming (i take the responsibility for it seeming that way), and I am quite a decent athlete myself.
