Master Don Juan
Would like anyones input for this.
I've recently got a new job and feeling motivated to try and lose some weight. I started going to the gym but I get halfway through a workout and literally stopped coz I find it so boring and mundane.
I thought I'd try swimming as a way to get back into shape, plus i wanted to learn to be a strong swimmer.
The centre I'm going to go to has a pool, sauna and spa.
Would anyone have any advice on how best to use these for a good workout?
Was thinking spa for 10 min, jumping in the pool for some lap sets then finish with a 10min sauna.
Any advice appreciated.
