“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi all,

I did a search on the topic, but came up with few good responses.

Will swimming interfere with putting on muscle mass?

Would swimming interfere with muscles on their rest days (within the 48-hour rest period)?

If you swim and lift weights, what results have you seen?

thanks,
joe

Swimming is great active recovery if you do it slowly and stretch/warmup properly first. I'd do a gentle swimming session 24-48 hours after a lifting session.

I agree, swimming is cool. Easy on the joints and very enjoyable, though I don't find it works as well for fat-burning (in my case) as walking or running.

As manuva said, light cardio or active recovery or good plain fun .. I've got the beach 15 minutes away and take full advantage of it!

Even if I'd become Ronnie Coleman-esque by swimming AND lifting, it might not work for you.

You guys have gotta get out of the "has it worked for you" mindset, because this sport/hobby is so individualistic it's ridiculous.
