Surviving on holiday? 2 weeks help!!!

Hey everyone,

Ok i've done well so far in BB got up to 150lb same bf from something like 133lb which is very good however I'm on holiday soon which should be good however its 2 weeks!!!

Any ideas how this extreme ectomorph should survive without the exercise and protein. It's really the protein im worrying about! I'm thinking of taking meat from the all you can eat buffet and storing it in a bag for later although its not aloud I'll be sneaky with it. Hopefully if im lucky ill only lose about 4lb on holidays which can easily be regained due to muscle memory.

Any1 else been in this situation? Advice? Good meats to nick? How much protein is in 1 slice of turkey haha???

If you're that skinny... I would just work out a few days in a row before you leave, work your entire body?

That way you're recovering at the beginning of the holiday and eating wtf/ever you can to help recovery by at least the end of the first week. Then just ride the wave for maintenance until the end of the 2nd. Just workout for the recovery time and try not to injure yourself.

Might throw some light cardio in there, bring a frisbee or something.

Who knows this might be the perfect time for you to take a break.

the way i see it a holiday is a break from all the hard work you have put in, 2 weeks is nothing and you will not suddenly lose muscle just because you dont train - it may even be beneficial to your body as a rest period, as long as you eat regular and good meals (at least some protein but you shouldnt worry about not getting enough) if your that worried take a few protein bars or a shakes.. just dont think about bb for the 2 weeks and relax - plus i find after 1/2 weeks break i have an amazing workout..
