"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Perhaps some of this would be useful in the Wingman forum, but I think there is too much information that cannot be overlooked and this rather lengthy article must be posted in the 'Tips Section.'
Often, we are a product of our environment. If we live in the south, we prefer eating chicken-n-dumplings, greens and country fried steak over italian cuisines. If we live in a more "ghetto" part of town, we tend to wear RocaWear and Sean John more over Express and Ambercrombie. If we live in the country we prefer Shania Twain and country music over G-Unit and rap music. Language barriers, profiling, music, clothing, what you eat and do... All of these things can be a result of your environment.
If we want the DJ state of mind, we need to live in a DJ-type world. No, this doesn't mean neccessarily that you are the center of the universe and everyone wants you (although you should maintain confidence). But think about your own life... Do you have friends that are constantly broke and borrowing from you or freeloading? Hang with any constantly depressed guys who see everything negatively? Have friends who won't try because they are afraid of failure or know they aren't any good (simple example is a guy who wont play basketball with the group because he thinks he cant shoot well, so won't try at all)? Know anybody who is very lazy and won't ever do anything and would rather watch TV by himself than with the guys at Hooters?
These are all negative aspects of reality that can alter your image of what your perfect life could be. Now, some friends you can't get rid of because you have been close forever, but that is okay. Alot of my friends are nice as can be, but many do fit into at least two of those categories. But you can't let this negativity bring you down!
Surround yourself with successful people who will always be able to help lift you when you have problems and keep you positive.
The guy who bums cigarrettes off of you, needs money for lunch AND to get into the club when he invited you is hurting your wallet and is damaging to the human pshyce. Because he is your friend you want to 'give in', just like you would with a woman who doesn't deserve much more than your attention if you don't know her yet. And so the sickle of negativity and supplication (giving up of yourself for someone else) begins hacking away at your state of mind.
Another thing is that men prefer to travel in large groups (it's a natural animal instinct). Now this is great for protection and feeling confident because of the social proof, but look at it from a woman's point of view. Unless you break away from the large group the woman will most likely not approach you, filter you out, or the key: feel comfortable. Think of it as if you were walking down a dark alley by yourself. You see a black cat in the shadows a few feet in front of you. No biggie, right? But imagine that you are walking down the alley and you see 11 black cats all staring back at you. Freaky, huh? Of course it is! Now can you imagine how the woman feels? Probably not too good. So don't feel afraid of breaking away from the table where your boys are sitting to go over and talk to some hottie by the jukebox. Perhaps, a wingman would be okay though, but don't let him be the negative type! Women hate negativity and your friends bad experiences/attitude could automatically be associated with you. But, see how everything ties together, now?
I'm not telling you to exactly ditch all of your friends because they fall into one of those categories. But try to stay exposed to those who are successful and open-minded more often.
Feel free to add your own reasons why you should surround yourself with success because there is a lot more to be said. But this should get the ball rolling for all those who constantly sit around the house with "nothing to do." Have you thought that maybe it wasn't your fault? Have you thought that it wasn't the little city that you are in? You can have friends that make the best and make fun out of any situation. That's the social circle that you need if YOU want to succeed.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Yeah, if you carry around dead weight like loser friends, how far can you expect to get in life?

All of that ignorance and negativity can poison your mind and turn you into a loser too.

Good post!!!

i liked your post. made me thinking about how much more DJ i could have been now if i didnt hang out with loser friends so much. Sure i had much fun with them and stuff but their negativity and insecurity drags me down to their level.

Well, i will find friends that fit my new lifestyle/outlook on life.
