Hi...I just recently started to Dietary Supplements, specifically, GNC Mega Men Dietary Supplement. I was just wondering can taking the 2 pills a day harm me in any way? and the same question for whey products? by the way, i am 17, and have started workin out about 3 weeks ago. both of these items were recommended by the sales rep at gnc. thanks

As far as the vitamins, its the synthetic ones that you should avoid, namely the Centrum brand. So the megamen you have are fine. However, as Ive touted many times before, comes from NATURE = GOOD, comes from MAN = BAD. That said, I would recommend looking into whole food vitamins, that is vitamin pills that are actually made from food crushed into pill form. They are a bit more expensive but hey youre buying from GNC already :D

Also, whey is fine, just make sure you remember the term SUPPLEMENT and use it just as that, and not a replacement for food. Also drink enough water throughout the day b/c youre processing a lot more protien.
