“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Couple questions for you guys:

1. As far a post-workout Carb-replenishers go, what do you guys reccomend? Anthony Ellis reccomends Twin Lab Ultra Fuel. Are thier any cheaper substitutes? A low fructose sports drink or something?

2. If kept away from light/heat, how long out of the bottle can I expect supplements to last? For example, I've been using a small tupperware container for my pre- and post- workout stacks. Containing glutamine powder, vitamin c, CEE pills, etc. Are these good in there for a couple days?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

1. Pure dextrose or maltodextrin are both much cheaper than any branded stuff. Just mix them in with some whey. You can get them in bulk from various online places (trueprotein.com for example).

2. Depends on what type of supplement it is. Glutamine and CEE should be fine as long as they're dry. Vitamin C breaks down quite easily when exposed to heat, moisture, air or vibration. Vitamin C powder will probably break down easier than Vitamin C tablets. You could try getting some of those oxygen +water absorbing packs to help keep it fresh.

Get some maltodextrin and mix it in some water, add some flavoring like kool aid and some splenda or dextrose and drink it.

As far as supplements out of the bottle, I dont know why it is a concern. Just take it out of the bottle you get it, and take it for the day.

For instance... I take my multi out of the bottle and take it. If I have to take it with me, I do. I even put it in my pocket.

I mix my powders in a cup and put a lid on it and prepare it for the next day. It is fine.

I mean if you have one of those supp pill containers and put 7 days worth of pills in it, ok. Just keep it out of the sun and moisture and you'll be fine. Nothing will go bad in a couple of days.
