"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Damn I have about a month left of my summer vacation and I still got a lot of freaking things to do! The funny thing is I am NOT looking for a girl AT ALL and chicks seem to throw themselves at me! Damn these HB are constantly askin me quetions and it's starting to get really annoying cuz I just don't have any energy left to flirt with them. Anyways back to the topic since I don't do journals I'm making this thread to remind myself what my goals are and to accomplish them as soon as possible before g*y school starts again! So ya I guess it's like Contender's thread of improving himself so if you have words of encouragement or advice plz share them. I plan to update once in a while to let you guys know what's happening! hopefully this will help you guys in some way.

My Goals

1. Finish driver's Ed. and get my freaking lisence so I can drive to school and expand my social life more.
2. Continue to workout and eat right so I can be 185 pounds with 10% BF oh and continue to do PC muscle exercise everyday!
3. Practice Basketball so I can dunk and make varsity this year! spend more time playing baseball too I made varsity last year but need to continue to practice so I'll become starter!
4. Practice more trumpet so I can be first chair this year! band blows I hate it but I gotta do it for my college application.
5. Find a better job that's closer to home so I can work after school! I need money for MY CAR/ INSURANCE and COLLEGE! My job now is 10 miles away so I have to bike there it's ok pay 7.5 bucks per hour.
6. Make list and visit colleges I want to go before school starts.
7. Read, READ and READ study for SAT so I can get good score and do well next year! hopefully get 3.5 GPA and graduate with 3.2 GPA!
8. Expand social circle! Damn I know a lot of people (40) but they never hanged out with me outside of school! except for one kid who turned into a druggie! SH*T I haven't hanged out with a lot of kids!
9. After doing all that I plan to get myself a steady LTR or girlfriend cuz I'm sick and tired of all the flirting, games and broken hearts.
10. Will continue to stay sober! (7 months) No drugs or alcohol.

Already Accomplished Goals

- Not shy anymore thanks to my job I have no problem talking to strangers or HBs.
- I can flirt and get any girls number. :)
- Gained some weight and got stronger read a lot so I know what to eat and how to get bigger.
- I'm in shape! from all the biking and cardio. My metabolism is EXTREME I gotta eat 3 BLT sandwitch from macdonals do actually be full!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I agree. The first step to self improvement is figuring out WHAT you're going to improve. I'd wish you good luck, but I don't believe in luck...

So, good skill?
