Gents,

I just want to remind you to consider your posture, especially when sitting down with a woman for drinks or food.

It's real easy to not have great posture, or to have poor body language. I recommend sitting in front of a mirror on a chair with no backrest and look at how you look when you're comfortable. Is your back straight, shoulders back, head up. Are you relaxed? What do you do with your arms?

I noticed this myself when I dated a pilates instructor and she had 100% perfect posture. Obviously you want to look relaxed and not stiff, but you still need to hold your body upright properly.

For some, this comes natural. For me, it's something I need to work on. Anyway, just something to consider.

Do you put your arms on the table casually and do a sort of half-lean?

It depends on the seats and the table. Sometimes that's too hard to do.

It's nice if you can spread out, or put one arm out to the side, like if you are on a sofa or something. But other times, you're kinda stuck and you can't lean without looking like you're slouching.

Just remember, science proves that Alpha is to be open & large. Keep eye contact while talking. Don't fidget too much. This all takes some practice.

People go through schools just to master this stuff - manners and self composition.
