I noticed tonight that there were some threads closed in the High School section of the board. This seems to be happening a lot more lately. Clearly you aren't going to listen if I tell you not to close them, but here's a suggestion that I hope you won't take the wrong way.
Wouldn't it be more effective to explain WHY you are closing them instead of just doing it? In one thread the only comment a moderator made was "search" before closing it. Another thread had no comments, just a little lock on it.
A couple of sentences would go a lot farther towards cutting down on useless threads than just mass lockdowns.
