“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I don't mean the sugar from a Snickers Bar. I'm talking about the sugar from fruit (primarily fructose I believe) and the sugar from milk (lactose?).

I make all of my protein shakes with 2% milk, which has 13g of sugar per 8oz. People say that most cereal is packed with sugar, but 13g in a serving beats out most of the cereal I have seen.

Also, I eat 1 banana every morning, and usually 1 more on wheat bread with peanut butter during the day. These are roughly 28g of sugar per serving!?!?? That's how much the Snickers has in it. I realize the banana has more nutrients as well, but is 28g of sugar really worth it?

I'm a skinny fat kid trying to bulk, and I'm starting to wonder if all of this milk and fruit is actually helping me or not. How much sugar intake would be good for a bulk, especially if I'm trying to limit body fat gain as much as possible?

if your skinny fat then you have high bodyfat already correct? do a recomp, I suggest carb cycling, I have cut some serious fat in the past 4 months but the scales haven't moved all that much and my measurements are going up(or staying the same) in the good places and getting smaller in bad places, it is hard but can be done

Cut out milk. Humans are the only animal on the planet that continue to drink milk past infancy (and not even our own milk). I would keep fruit to a minimum as well (one piece a day). Make sure you have a good multi to fill nutritional gaps in your diet. Lactose / fructore trigger an insulin response... only time you want this is after weight training especially if you are 'skinny fat'.

Post your stats. Carbs are tricky, but you can get away with a lot when you're bulking, especially if you're a skinny ectomorph with a fast metabolism. Not sure what your stats are so you may wanna be a bit careful.

Posting pics would be the best thing you can do as you can gauge a lot from pics.

If you want to limit fat gains it's best to reduce average daily caloric surplus to +150-250cal rather than +500 cal typically recommended.

I wouldn't worry too much about minutia like sugar content and meal timing, which are trivial in the big picture.

Keep it simple and focus on your overall daily/weekly calorie and macro targets in particular keeping protein intake high (1g per lb of bodyweight) and achieving progressive overload in the gym and the results will come.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I agree, a lot depends on your body type. When bulking you definitely need more carbs than normal, but the types of carbs/sugars and the timing is also important.

Fruit, potatoes and fast release carbs are ideal 30 mins before or after your work out, otherwise I'd stick to oatmeal and wholemeal based carbs throughout the day.

Also, if you're bulking effectively, expect to gain a little extra bodyfat in the process. Take regular photos of yourself to monitor your progress and to make sure that bodyfat doesn't get too much.
