The last couple of times ive been to the mall ive approached a couple of beautiful girls ranging from 8.5 - 9.5. Every single one of them i had almost crying in laughter. But, when i asked for the #, i got denied on every single one of them...I dont know what happened. Wassup?

keep in mind that humor is a good tool, but, like all good tools, it shouldn't be relied on exclusively. Use other techniques (Kino, active listening, c/f, neg-hits, etc etc.) And make sure she knows you're interested right from the start.

mayeb you are trying to "entertain" the chicks too much and not trying to show that you are "showing your values" try easing off the jokes and stuff and don't change states too quick.
I think when the conversation dies down is when you go in for the number with something like
