Nice, I live in Manchester. This thread has got me thinking.North West. Once I close the one mentioned above, the ambition is to purchase another at the tail end of 2017 and then buy another in London next summer/autumn.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
If you're serious, we should talk. Looking to make another purchase in the area tail end of this year / early 2018.Nice, I live in Manchester. This thread has got me thinking.
Unfortunately I am not in the position to move on it at the moment as I have a lot on my plate. Will be another couple years yet. This however gives me plenty of time to start reading up - do you recommend any good sources/books?If you're serious, we should talk. Any book on "Success". The mindset is what is important.Unfortunately I am not in the position to move on it at the moment as I have a lot on my plate. Will be another couple years yet. This however gives me plenty of time to start reading up - do you recommend any good sources/books?
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Only crossed my mind today that I achieved this. Despite that I'm not ready for the Rollie. Ok ok...if I can generate $10,000 of profit outside of what I've already forecast, then I'll reward myself.Set myself a goal. If I can have all seven rooms rented out at the same time for a consecutive period of one month (either actual or guaranteed through contracts) then I'm going to get myself a Daytona. Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I am in the process of buying an apartment for around $150k as an investment. 30 year interest only mortgage. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Spacious. It’s in a great location, excellent transportation links, close to one of the biggest parks in Europe and to one of the biggest hospitals in the city. The city itself is ripe for growth. That would take the total value of my property portfolio to over $600k. This will also be my first purchase using a limited company.
My 4 bedroom property is fully occupied. One room will be vacant in October but hoping to get another long term tenant.
My 3 bedroom property has been rented by a family who are looking to rent long term (years) and are even willing to make improvements to the home. Can’t complain. Stable rental income.
Career-wise things are going well. Need to ensure my performance is stellar over the next six months as I push for a promotion. The salary here could be better but I can’t think about jumping ship for the foreseeable as it may have a negative impact on my motivation and also long term will impact my resume.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Thanks mate. The ex breaking up with me was with absolute certainty was one of the best things to ever happen to me because it was the catalyst for so much personal growth.Great work pal, its nice to see someone turning a negative into positive so well. Maybe your ex breaking up for you was the best thing that ever happened to you.
Regarding the crypto space.. How long do you think we will see such great returns from ico's for before regulation occurs?
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
