Stupid fu<k!ng women and court systems

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Yes I heard about this earlier.

The 'teary' female gets let off the hook as usual, nothing new here.

Article said:
A woman convicted of fatally stabbing her 15-month-old daughter has walked free from a Perth court after a judge said she had suffered enough.
As usual it's about the mother, rather than the fact that she attempted murder on her husband and 'accidentally' killed the baby instead.

Nothing hides the fact that she picked up a weapon, approached her kin with the intent to kill, and killed.

Manslaughter is an understatement, should have been 2nd degree murder.

However, since she is a teary female with whom the court system sympathizes and somehow faults the male in the relationship with the death of the daughter.

IMO she should have been charged with 2nd degree murder of her child, and attempted murder of her husband. That is what the facts support, rather than the emotional compassionate decision(ignoring the facts) the jury made, meanwhile making a villain of the husband who 1) did not attempt to kill his wife with a weapon 2) did not stab his baby to death.

Welcome to Australia ;)

Justice Hall said Bryan had left herself in a "hopeless" situation after refusing to seek help during the violent relationship with Miller, who was convicted and sentenced for assault.

He said she would have to live "forever" with her daughter's death[transfer of shame], and the knowledge that it could have been avoided if she had sought help to deal with her domestic situation.[transfer of guilt]
Hehe, guy goes away to prison for being a derro hillbilly, girl gets let off after committing murder.

2nd paragraph = transfer blame for murdering her baby to the guy. Transfer blame to the dumb hillbilly you married in the first place, par for the course as far as how women deal with stressful situations(Transfer shame and blame to male, lie to yourself and get a rush of endorphins).

Her husband, despite being abusive, did not pick up a sharp knife from the kitchen and go out to the bedroom with the intent to kill the husband, and 'accidentally miss' with enough force to kill her child.

Meh, thinking about this type of situation makes me nauseas.

What do you expect from a Westernized wasteland like Australia? Doesn't surprise me one bit. As long as English is spoken in a country you know that you will have no shot as a man in the court system.
